## Processing times
• Orders process within **1–2 business days** (Mon–Fri, EET/EEST), excluding public holidays. Pre‑orders/custom items will show different timelines on the product page.
## Estimated delivery times (from dispatch)
• **United States (contiguous):** typically **4–10 business days**.
• **United States (AK/HI/territories) & remote areas:** **7–15 business days**.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. During peak seasons, customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice to cancel for a full refund or accept a new timeframe.
## Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
## Shipping fees & taxes
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination and weight. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
## Address issues
Provide a complete, accurate address. We cannot reroute packages after dispatch. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus original shipping.
## Lost, delayed, or “delivered but not received”
• **Marked as delivered but not received:** contact us within **7 days** of the delivery scan. We may request a carrier case number, ID confirmation, and a signed non‑receipt declaration.
• **In‑transit delays/no scans:** we consider a parcel lost after the carrier’s investigation window (varies by carrier; typically **10–15 business days** after the last scan). We will replace or refund.
## PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Some items/carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If applicable, we will request a street address.
## Order changes/cancellations
We can attempt to cancel or modify orders **before** they enter fulfillment. See the **Cancel/Change Order Policy**.
