## Summary (US‑friendly)
• **Return window:** **30 days** from delivery.
• **Condition:** Unused, unopened, and in original packaging for change‑of‑mind returns.
• **Non‑returnable (for hygiene/sanitary reasons):** opened personal‑care items, earbuds/ear accessories once opened, items that contact skin once opened, final‑sale items (as marked), gift cards.
• **Damaged/defective/incorrect items:** report within **7 days** of delivery with photos; we will replace or refund.
• **Return shipping:** customer pays for change‑of‑mind returns; we cover return shipping for our errors/defects.
• **Refund method:** original payment method; original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we caused the issue.
## Start a return
Email **nailerden04@gmail.com** with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant. We will issue an RMA and instructions. Use a trackable service and pack securely. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
## Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
## Missing parts or wrong item received
Contact us within **7 days**; include photos of the packaging and item barcode/label.
## Late or missing refunds
